• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  International Airmail delivery times may vary between 1 and 3 weeks.

• What is the difference between Normal Airmail and Registered Airmail?

  Registered Airmail provide a tracking number to trace all shipped items and you can check for the delivery status at http://www.singpost.com/ as well as your local mail delivery website.

• What happen if my item go missing in the mail?

  If you opt for Normal Airmail, unfortunately, there is no tracking option available to trace your item in delivery. In case that you do not receive your item in the mail after more than 1 month, please contact us and we will try to assist you as much as possible and to verify the posting address. We make it a point to photograph each parcel and package we mail out and we keep these records for at least 2 months. However, we will not be held responsible for missing items in the mail due to post and delivery. For greater assurance, it is advisable to opt for Registered Airmail with tracking no. to enable you to trace your item.

• Do you replenish Out of Stock items?

  Some Out of Stock items might be subjected to availability at a later timeslot depending on the stock lvl and if there are canceled orders. Please send a message to enquire about any Out of Stock item and we will give you a stock status update as soon as possible.

• Can I combine orders from Zetsueix Anime storenvy site?

  Currently, Zetsueix Kawaii & Plushies is run as a sister site to Zetsueix Anime on Storenvy and both are 2 separate entities. You will not be able to combine purchases on the 2 sites. Please contact us and message us directly and we will assist to merge the orders if possible.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
